The International Design Group Ltd deals with all aspects of the design, development and consultancy of purpose built residential, commercial and sports communities predominantly those involving golf facilities. The company was established to provide the best, most honest advice and assistance to new and existing facilities.

The International Design Group was set up as a reaction to market demand when the former PGA Design Consulting found itself carrying out much more varied work on a much larger scale. Developers now are interested in enormous sites with huge populations. It is for this reason that the masterplanning and architecture elements of our work was split away from the dedicated golf course design component.

Golf is no longer an elitist sport and the provision of the golf courses and associated facilities is essential to the growth of the game, it is also a serious business. It is no longer just a sport but is now often the core of a much larger property development.

International Design Group staff have worked for many golfing organisations, Golf Federations, Professional Golfers Associations, local government departments and have even advised National Governments.
